Got a really great airfare deal from Delhi to Patna for the upcoming festive season. Around ₹2000 cheaper than online. Also, the process was very quick and smooth. They offered the available option over the WhatsApp and upon my confirmation they quickly made my ticket and handed over to me over WhatsApp. Moreover, I don’t have to do anything for web check-in and boarding pass because they will handle it.
